What is the NWWI?

The Dutch Housing Value Institute, the NWWI, validates (approves) valuation reports of homes from affiliated appraisers and ensures that each valuation is drawn up uniformly and according to clear guidelines. Lenders, intermediaries and consumers receive clear, objective and reliable home appraisals that provide insight into how the appraised value has been established.

We are an independent non-profit foundation and accepted by the WEW. The Home Ownership Guarantee Fund is the executor of the National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG).

Only appraisers who meet strict quality requirements can register with the NWWI.
