No (recommended) rates are prescribed by the NVM. Each NVM broker is allowed to set its own rates and brokerage fees. The price you pay ultimately depends on the composition of the service package you purchase. Therefore, make an appointment with an NVM broker in your area for a no-obligation discussion about the desired service. This way he can make a calculation of the commission for you.

In addition to the brokerage fee, the NVM broker can pass on the costs incurred for, for example, advertisements or cadastral research. The broker will make agreements with you about making these costs.
