Brokerage fees are for your own account. 'Buyer's costs' include the costs associated with the transfer of a home. These are the transfer tax, the notary costs for drawing up the deed of transfer and the costs for entering it in the registers. In addition, the buyer must take into account the (notary) costs for the preparation and registration of the mortgage deed.
