Na een kennismakingsgesprek op het kantoor van de makelaar is een zoekopdracht opgesteld en werden we actief geinformeerd door Denisse over mogelijke opties die we mogelijk zelf niet hadden gezien. Bij het bieden op de woning werden we goed geadviseerd over de te verwachte waarde en het uit te brengen bod. Hierdoor ook een keer achter het net gevist, doordat een ander veel hoger had geboden. Uiteindelijk in overleg een realistisch bod uitgebracht op de aangekochte woning.

Het contact met Denise was heel fijn, het prettigst vond ik dat ze niet gehaaid was maar ervoor zorgde dat ik dicht bij mijn eigen gevoel bleef. Ze zei niet wat ik moest doen, gaf alleen advies en liet het verder bij mij.

Ik ben echt geweldig geholpen door Denise van Peek en Pompe. Ze kwam regelmatig met leuke huizen op de proppen en toen ik er klaar voor was reageerde ze snel op de woningen die ik had uitgezocht. Ze gaf het ook eerlijk aan als ze het niks vond. In totaal heb ik op drie huizen geboden met haar hulp. De derde is het geworden. Zonder haar had ik dit in de lastige woningmarkt in Utrecht, nooit kunnen doen.
De comunicatie was ook zonder poespas; veel via whats app en af en toe een belafspraak als het nodig was.

Peek & Pompe were able to move very fast, resulting in a purchase within a month of starting to search Scheduling viewings was very easy, and their professional advice during them was very valuable. Additionally, their contacts with appraisers and mortgage brokers meant everything got sorted out during the 3 day cooling off period. They also went above and beyond by doing substantial research into the building's foundation, and requested a very fair price for their services.
I'll most likely be making use of Peek & Pompe's services the next time I'll be buying a house.
