Peek & Pompe were able to move very fast, resulting in a purchase within a month of starting to search Scheduling viewings was very easy, and their professional advice during them was very valuable. Additionally, their contacts with appraisers and mortgage brokers meant everything got sorted out during the 3 day cooling off period. They also went above and beyond by doing substantial research into the building's foundation, and requested a very fair price for their services.
I'll most likely be making use of Peek & Pompe's services the next time I'll be buying a house.

Ongelooflijk maar waar, 2 dagen na het inschakelen van Peek & Pompe hadden we ons droomhuis. Nadat we zelf maanden hadden gezocht en biedingen hadden uitgebracht. Dankzij de expertise van Denise boden we een stuk minder dan we zelf van plan waren en daarmee had ze zichzelf ook direct ruim terugverdiend. Koper twijfelde tussen 2 partijen maar door bemiddeling van de makelaar viel de keus uiteindelijk op ons. Dankzij de gestaffelde tarieven hoefden we ook nog eens veel minder te betalen dan elders, omdat we er dus binnen 1 bezichtiging al waren. Tot slot was de expertise van Denise hoog, begeleidde ze ons langs elke stap en wist ze overal adresjes waar we het best konden aankloppen. En het allerbelangrijkst, ze was ook nog eens ontzettend leuk! Jammer eigenlijk dat het zo snel beklonken was allemaal..

Prettig en snel contact, zowel met makelaar als ondersteuning vanuit het kantoor. Voor mij persoonlijk had de aankoop en verkoop wel iets meer sturend/gericht op advies gemogen. Daardoor was de begeleiding net wat scherper geweest.
