What should I pay attention to with a deed of sale?

NVM has a standard deed of sale in which the mutual agreements between buyer and seller are well regulated. The specific (housing-related) data and agreements can be recognized by the bold and/or different font. Reference is also made several times to other documents, such as previous deeds, deed of division, model regulations, ground lease conditions and the like. Your estate agent can go through these for you and draw your attention to special situations and consequences.
