The NVM Open House Day works as follows:
An NVM real estate agent registers the house for participation in the NVM Open House Day of April 1.
Interested buyers can view on funda which houses are available that they want to visit.
On the day of the NVM Open House Day, the participating houses are open for viewing between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Buyers can plan the fastest route to view the homes they are interested in.
Buyers can visit the house and look around at their own pace and ask the seller any questions.
After the viewing, buyers can decide whether they are interested in purchasing the house and negotiate further with the NVM real estate agent.
Visiting a house is without obligation.
